We do not allow refunds under any circumstances. Our physiotherapists are always happy to change things up whether it's too heavy pressure or too light pressure, please let our therapist know. If for any reason you were unhappy with our service then do not hesitate to give us a call and we will be happy to find a resolution for you.
Our physiotherapists have all the equipment needed to carry out the services, however we do ask if you can provide a clear open space so that the massage bed can be assembled.
To secure your booking we require a small deposit of £10 which will go towards your treatment cost.
