Strength & Conditioning

Your first session with us at Primordial Scarab Rehabilitation will involve an initial assessment to develop an individualized treatment plan based on your condition, symptoms, medical history, and other relevant factors.

The strength and conditioning sessions offer functional movement screening, neuromuscular re-education, plyometric exercises, and resistance training to improve athletic performance. The sport physiotherapists develop individualized programs, and advanced sport massage techniques help prevent injuries, aid in recovery, and enhance performance. Personalized treatment plans are created to support athletes' recovery and regain function and strength.

After physiotherapy treatment, exercises will be given to improve and strengthen the affected area, with a follow-up appointment scheduled to ensure progress and provide further care if necessary. The focus is on complete recovery and well-being. Questions can be asked at the end of the appointment.
